That's right! This Thanksgiving, I will be participating in the Dana Point Turkey Trot with my bestie and my sissy. The race helps to raise funds for Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County. I can't wait. Since September Madalyn has set herself a goal of 1 5k per month - I missed last month, but I fully intend to continue the journey with her as much as possible. This will be my 2nd one ever (Madalyn and I did the Komen breast cancer 5k in September), and I'm super excited to share this experience with my sister... maybe Madalyn and I can inspire her enough to trek the month-2-month journey with us!
