Meditation

Some days peace simply eludes us, no matter how hard we try to find it. No matter how much we know, there can be days when we feel everything but inner peace.

It's okay.
Know that it is okay.
Be as gentle as you can with yourself.
No judgements.
Days like this don't last forever. At any time it could turn around.
Stop when you can to pray and meditate.
Make a gratitude list.
Above all, be compassionate with yourself and know you are doing the best you can, and that is good enough.
"No matter how I feel today, I am being gentle to myself.
I know that all moods pass. Nothing is permanent.
I can handle anything one day at a time."
